ONH Systems medical oxygen generators operate on the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle, separating oxygen from air using a molecular sieve that selectively adsorbs nitrogen under pressure.

These units are typically installed in hospital technical facilities and connected to centralised oxygen supply systems. They provide oxygen for patients with respiratory conditions, maintain controlled oxygen atmospheres in operating theatres, and ensure a reliable supply in intensive care units.

We offer medical oxygen generators producing up to 95 % oxygen purity with capacities up to 90 Nm³/hour. Each unit is supplied with a 24-month warranty. With proper maintenance, the expected service life is 8–10 years. ONHS provides delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and staff training.

Operating Principle

  1. Synthetic zeolite adsorbent is used to capture nitrogen. Calcium–sodium aluminosilicate zeolite is specially structured to create pores of the required size, providing excellent sorption, ion-exchange, and selective properties. With proper air filtration, the adsorbent’s service life is unlimited.
  2. Dual-column design: one column operates while the other regenerates, ensuring uninterrupted oxygen production.
  3. Nitrogen molecules are retained in the adsorbent pores, releasing oxygen molecules.
  4. This process produces a continuous supply of concentrated medical-grade oxygen.
